1st Package Request Outcome – 12/24 Notification

So as I noted in the first post regarding this request, the route driver never picked up my packages. His reasoning was not provided beyond a discrepancy being reported. It was this point I realized the Post Master had either not provided instructions or not told the route driver that he was to honor these pickup requests. In hindsight, I can say, that I did fail to go down and let the Post Master know I was ready for him to start service. I simply just assumed and I should not have done that.
Anyway, the notice was basically;
This email confirms USPS attempted a Package Pickup. Important! This email confirms a Package Pickup was made or attempted; however, there was a discrepancy reported by the carrier. Please reference the Package Pickup Notification the carrier left.
Regardless, as I have said, they know where my mailbox is. It is now a new mailbox package sized. Due to this, I escalated this to a case.
